Affiliates are not permitted to bid on any variation of the Welcome Pickups brand trademark or trademark +, including but not limited to “Welcome Pickups”, “Welcome Pickups.com”, “Welcome Pickups *City Name*“, Welcome Pickups Promotions”, or any misspellings or variations thereof, etc., at any time, in any search engine. Please also include Welcome Pickups as a negative keyword in any other campaigns. Publishers that violate these terms and conditions risk deactivation from the program, loss in commissions, and legal action.

As part of the daily checks made by our Travel Partners team, when instances of brand bidding are found, the following measures will be applied: a) Commissions generated in the related affiliate program through Brand Bidding will be rejected b) Temporary suspension of the affiliate from the platform c) Permanent suspension from the platform (in case of repeated instances)

2. Search Campaigns – Direct Linking to Welcome Pickups using your affiliate tracking is strictly prohibited.

3. Prohibited Website Content: Publishers are encouraged to use content from the Welcome Pickups Blog. In order to use this content, you must write an intro paragraph and then credit the article from its source. By using this content you agree to link any products on the page exclusively to Welcome Pickups.

4. Use of Logos and Trademarks in Websites: Only creatives in the affiliate portal, may be used. Request for special creatives can be submitted and is subject to approval by Welcome Pickups.
